- Staff have undertaken comprehensive moving and handling training covering current legislation
and practical techniques - Staff have undergone full induction training
- We provide our staff with further training in specialist aspects of care i.e. catheter/stoma care, spinal cord injury, head injury, dementia, palliative care etc.

- Respond as soon as possible to your request for staff
- Inform you of the name of the person who is attending
- Provide consistency of staff wherever possible
- Confirm all bookings by phone or email
- Communicate proactively
- Professionally manage any issues which may arise
Our staff will arrive on time, in full uniform with ID badge, maintaining a smart, professional appearance at all times.
Our staffing solutions can provide you with appropriately trained care staff in a timely and cost effective manner and of a quality consistent with your own staffing requirements.
Our offices are open from 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday to deal with your queries. Our Out of Hours Service will also assist you with providing staff at short notice or out of usual office hours.
